Q: How do I remove the FreeStyle Libre sensor?

Gently lift an edge of the adhesive and slowly peel the sensor off the back of your upper arm. If the patch is stubborn, loosen it with medical adhesive remover, baby oil, or warm soapy water. After removal, clean and dry the area and place your next sensor on a different spot on the back of your upper arm. Follow local guidelines for disposal.
